We are a home builder and Land developer. The process of building is just like buying an existing home…the close date is just based on when the home can be completed! We need 4-6 months to build your new home. Relocating from out of state? No problem! We can handle the entire building process remotely!

Pricing and Options
We build pricing and options for each floorplan and put together a specification sheet, which becomes our working document through the building process
Purchase agreement
Once you are ready to move forward, these are the items we will need:
- Letter of preapproval/pre-qualification from your lender or a letter of credit from you bank
- Deposit – based on sales price between $5,000-$10,000. Deposit is held in escrow. You will work with your lender on how to use these funds at closing.
- Sheryl Homes secures a construction loan to begin construction – no further money is needed!
Design Selections
You work with our dedicated team members on design selections based on the specification sheet allowances.
Construction Begins
We work with our sub-contractors to build your new home. The Builder visits the job sites daily to ensure quality of construction as well as ensuring all details are correct!
Walk Through Inspection
About 30 days prior to closing, we will meet to inspect the home together
Closing
We work with your lender during the construction process and make sure all paperwork is completed and the home is ready for our close date!
